Before and After project for siding and door replacement on a residential house.

This project entailed the build of a cinder block wall within a prison cell that had to match the existing wall structure. Separating the toilet from the remainder of the cell, the wall was constructed to match the adjoining wall and was then painted to complete the uniform look.

Faced with a large accumulation of mold within a small washroom area, Giura Brothers set out to remove and repair the affected area. Mold had accumulated in the walls surrounding and behind the toilet. Parts of the wall were removed to gain access to the mold, and then set up mold containment areas as appropriate. The walls were then replaced and restored to their original condition.

Much like the bathroom mold remediation project described above, this office area had accumulated mold that needed to be removed. The walls were opened to gain access to the mold and then it was removed. New drywall was installed to repair the holes in the wall and finished along with the installation of new carpet, resulting in a look that was as good as new.

Due to a leak in the ceiling, water had damaged the dry wall as pictured in the first image below. Giura Brothers removed the damaged dry wall and replaced it restoring the area to an as new condition as seen in the second image below.

Working within an office environment, Guira Brothers were tasked with the installation of window film to enhance the look and create varying levels of privacy within the office space. Different types of window films were used varying from text designs, plain designs, and a striped design that created partial exposure and sight lines in and out of the office space.

For this project, we were asked to remove the walls of a boardroom and replace them with a large glass wall to create an open concept look to the office space. The solid wall was removed and replaced with the installation of full length sheets of glass resulting in an open concept look and feel.

Our client’s gym was damaged due to flooding originating from a drain underneath their floor. In addition to the water, a large amount of sewage had risen to the surface. Through removal of the gym equipment and carpeting Giura Brothers was able to clean up the space, replace the flooring, damaged drywall and then paint to finish. In this gallery, you'll also find some brick removal and sewer backup work recently completed. Removed 50 feet by 4 course of brick due to water leak , installed rubber membrane and custom flashing and re bricked back and matched brick.

As a residential project we were tasked with the removal of existing carpeting in the upstairs and downstairs living areas and the replacement of the carpet with new hardwood flooring.

Our client needed an attractive area for their new fireplace and entrusted the Giura Brothers with this project that resulted in a new feature wall. Using decorative brick, we created a new expanded corner area for their fireplace.

In the courtroom, the judge being somewhat handicapped, required a railing for support to access his bench. We installed the railing together with the creation of a movable platform resulting in a more accessible environment.
